pulse concept

the pulse bike concept, is a bike that has glows in the dark bar ends, tube frame, and even pedals. the bike is made from Teague. they haven't revealed how the bike glows, but the bike also contains LED turn signals, and brake lights that are contained in the seat post. the glowing is pointless during the day but very useful at night.
